The seafront location is beautiful, with lovely gardens, all of which we enjoyed from our balcony. We took taxis into town, although one could walk there along the seafront which offers plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the left of the hotel as you approach there's a walkable slope down to a stunning garden and brook which descend to the seafront at a lower level. The sea front is accessed down a set of steps; they are lit at night, with a cafe immediately at the foot of the steps. The hotel is luxurious, and there's a good bar/cafe with plenty of seating areas. The staff are very personable and helpful. We loved the indoor pool, which is invitingly warm, and has a jacuzzi. The room was large, with a comfortable sofa, safe, mini-fridge, and some cabled UK channels as well as the usual news channels. Bottled water was provided every day. We liked the bathroom products, and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of hanging and drawer space. Breakfast was terrific, everything one could ask for, cooked or fresh. I especially appreciated the wholemeal croissants! It's a good location for visits to San Pedro, Fuengirola, Ronda, Estepona, all of which we enjoyed, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants to be found in Marbella, especially in the old town and on Avenida de Miguel Cano which leads down to the sea front. As one would expect, the restaus along the beach front are more expensive.

We like this hotel a lot and we stayed there this autumn with family to celebrate a special occasion. We were unlucky with the weather as it rained heavily for some of the time. Nevertheless the hotel has lovely facilities and we always enjoy Marbella. There is a spa (we didn't use it), an indoor pool and a gym. The grounds and the large outdoor pool are beautiful and perfect for relaxation with plenty of sunbeds which you can enjoy by the pool or on the grass or opposite the sea. There is a very large pleasant lounge indoors and lounge areas outside. Breakfast is excellent. We ate one evening in the Erre restaurant where we struggled a bit to please the different dietary requirements of each of us but the staff did their best to help. I also ate with my husband in Tahini, the Sushi restaurant which has gorgeous ambience at night with a sea view but is definitely not a cheap option. Cappucino, a promenade cafe accessed by a steep stairs from inside the hotel grounds is also an eating option though we think it is very overpriced. The location of the hotel is excellent, beside the sea and a twenty minute walk along the promenade to Orange Square. We love staying here and hope to return and our family with one teenager and two children of 9 and 11 loved it too.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, I was especially impressed with the evening turn down service and the little gift of chocolate or sweets left each evening. We received a lovely welcome by the reception staff and were offered a glass of prosecco on arrival. We were also granted a later check out time to accommodate our evening flight. The choice at breakfast was exceptional and the service was superb. We enjoyed all the facilities that the hotel had to offer and made good use of the indoor pool and gym. The hotel's location was idyllic and our room had stunning views over the hotel gardens and out to sea.

Breakfast was very good.. Good choice of fruit, eggs, toast, croissants, cereals. Would have been nice to have some yoghurts apart from natural flavour. Room was lovely. The most comfortable hotel bed ever. Location of hotel is excellent with nice beaches within one minute from the promenade exit. The grand cafe ‘Cappucino’ at the promenade exit is a great spot for morning coffee or people watching and has an all day menu. Also ERRE restaurant in hotel is a lovely dining experience. Very good gym

Absolutely every member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the week we stayed which is the first time I can say that about any hotel that we have spent a family holiday in. From the moment we walked into the hotel to the point that we left the staff were very polite.
